ServDigital.io ("ServDigital," "we," "us," or "our") is a trade name used by SERVDIGITAL IO LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company, and respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through servdigital.io (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, prospective clients, and anyone who submits information through the Site. It does not apply to information we collect from paying clients under a signed Client Service Agreement, which is separately governed by that agreement and any related data processing terms.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1.1 Information you give us directly. When you fill out our "Free Quote" form, we collect the information the form asks for: your trade or type of business, the challenge you select, your crew size, and your name, phone number, and email address. When you use the chat widget on the Site, we collect the messages you type into it. If you email or call us directly, we collect whatever you send us.
1.2 Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site may automatically collect standard technical information when you visit — things like your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site (for example, from a Google search). This is typically collected through our hosting provider's logs and, if we enable it, standard analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
1.3 Cookies. The Site may use cookies or similar technologies to remember basic preferences and understand how visitors use the Site. You can usually disable cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the Site may not work as well if you do. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as there isn't yet a common industry standard for how to interpret them.
1.4 What we don't collect. We don't ask for and don't want your Social Security number, payment card numbers, or other sensitive financial account information through the Site itself. If you become a client, billing information is collected separately through your signed Service Agreement and our payment processor, not through this Site's forms.
We use the information described above to:
We do not use information submitted through the Site to make automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not share your mobile number with third parties, except with the SMS/text messaging provider we use to send you texts on our behalf.
We do share information with:
The chat widget on the Site is an automated assistant. Messages you send it are used to generate a response and to help us understand what prospective clients are asking about. It is not a substitute for a licensed professional's advice, and its answers are informational only. Please don't send sensitive personal information (like account passwords, financial account numbers, or health information) through the chat widget.
By submitting your phone number or email address through the Site, you agree that ServDigital.io may contact you by phone or email about your inquiry, including with follow-up and marketing communications. You can ask to stop receiving marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or emailing us at the address below.
If you provide your mobile phone number through the Site (for example, through our Free Quote form), you consent to receive text messages from ServDigital.io related to your inquiry and, if you become a client, related to the services we provide you. This may include appointment reminders, follow-up questions, and account or service updates. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
We keep the information collected through the Site for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address in Section 10. We'll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (for example, California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act). We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect.
The Site is intended for business owners and adults, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Effective Date" above and post the revised policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
